Rallies are finding it hard to sustain as uncertainty pervades the market; Dow struggling.

By many measures the market is due for a decent bounce; sustaining a rally is key.

The market- and Dow -dived in a waterfall cascade, yesterday. Normallly there would be a bounce, but nothing is resolved. So it might be short-lived.

This market remains tariff unsure, with former leading sectors weakening.

The next Dow close, 500-points up or down from here, could tell us a lot about this trends' duration- especially as it affects the VIX-Volatility Index.

If the Dow- and other key indices - give back a chumk of yesterday's big gain it stalls the basilng process.

This site was down, Tuesday. Today, the Dow should attempt to shake off the tariff uncertainty- but might need a little more time.

That late rocketship rally, Friday, after making a new low will be tested for follow through today.
